Physical & Immersive: Art & Wearables
Merging Reality & Fantasy with Paintings • 3D • AR • AI
Influenced by Color • Texture • Nature • Consciousness
As an interdisciplinary artist with roots in India and over two decades of living and creative experience in the United States and Germany, my artwork is a unique blend of cultures and techniques. I am a trained architect and a lifelong learner. Central to my creative pursuits is a strong emphasis on celebrating color, nature, inclusivity, and consciousness. Each creation is heavily influenced by my life and is characterized by rhythmic motion, layered compositions, vibrant colors, and intricate textural depths. My art transcends the boundaries between reality and fantasy, the physical and digital worlds. I often integrate my traditional mixed-media creations with digital technologies such as Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence. As a first-generation immigrant, woman of color and a solo artist practitioner, the past few years have seen me journey through myriad artistic avenues, learning, struggling, refining techniques, and constantly innovating to align with my vision. I firmly believe in art’s therapeutic and transformative power, which is why I persist in my creative journey.
“We often forget to pursue our dreams as we simply follow the norms and are imprisoned within various perceived social, cultural, and prejudicial expectations. However, if we want to live, and not merely exist, we must listen to our hearts and ignite our passions. We need to push our limits and break traditional boundaries to maximize our potential and realize our dreams.” Archana Aneja
